At EvoloConnect, we design our smart QR products for everyday real-world usage. While our products are built with durability and usability in mind, we understand that certain print-related or manufacturing-related issues may occasionally occur over time.
To support our customers, EvoloConnect provides limited replacement support for eligible cases under the conditions mentioned below.
Eligible Replacement Scenarios
Replacement support may be available for cases including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Print fading affecting QR readability
- QR becoming unreadable during normal usage conditions
- Print quality issues affecting scanning functionality
Important Notes
Replacement support is provided:
- Subject to verification
- Based on product condition
- At minimal handling/replacement charges where applicable
Not Covered
Replacement support may not apply in cases involving:
- Intentional damage
- Physical destruction
- Improper installation or removal
- Fire, chemical, or accident-related damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Lost or stolen products
Verification Requirement
EvoloConnect may request the following before approving replacement support requests:
- Order information
- Product photos
- QR visibility photos
- Additional verification details
Final Approval
All replacement requests are subject to review and approval by EvoloConnect support.
